Described as neat and tidy since childhood, it’s no surprise that Michelle Dunn, OWR Founder and professional organizer, has turned a passion for creating stylish organized spaces, into a business.

Born to a Finnish mom, and ultra-tidy parents, she grew up enveloped in Scandinavian style, design, and culture. Michelle has always been comfortable with a less is more lifestyle and enthusiastically created a calm, serene, and ordered home each time she moved, and as she completed three renovations.

Following a 20+ year career in communications and public relations in the tourism and hospitality industry, she decided she wanted to help others turn their homes into havens.

Michelle is a polished professional with integrity, sharp attention to detail, and exceptional interpersonal skills. She’s warm and friendly, easy to talk to, and as non-judgemental as they come. Customer service is in her blood and she’s spent her career honing her skills in exceeding expectations in the hospitality industry. She also believes the organizing process should be fun and loves to make people laugh.

Michelle is a Trained Professional Organizer through Professional Organizers in Canada (she completed 12 courses and passed the exam) and a “KonMari Consultant in Training” having taken the official Marie Kondo KonMari Consultant Certification Course in Los Angeles, California.
